The Westport Striped Bass Club is for those with a passion for fishing, good fellowship, and sound fishing conservation practices.
We offer various fishing workshops that focus on a specific fish species or harvesting method. Whether trolling, plugging, chunking, live lining, jigging, or basic hook, line, and sinker, we will help you fish.
We have members that fish during all different seasons. Whether shore fishing in the winter in the "Housy", plugging for bass in the spring and fall, or bottom fishing throughout the year, you are encouraged to share your fishing stories with fellow members over some food, beverages, & fun at our meetings.
It is only $30 a year, with a one-time registration fee of $10 for new members.
Meet new and old WSBC members and share a laugh. Say hello to a fellow member and promote the passion of fishing as we find our tribe of fishing enthusiasts. Get to know your fellow members and join for a mystery fishing trip, participate in one of our many fishing tournaments & calcuttas, come hungry to our summer cookouts and barbecues, share gifts at our Secret Santa Christmas Party, Bid on new & used tackle at our Annual Fishing Benefit Auction, win prizes at our Fishing workshops, contests, and calcuttas. Vie for bragging rights to the WSBC “Fisherman of the Year Award."
